P35 and Income Tax Self Assessment return �service company� questions: advice for PCG members
Some PCG members have recently become very concerned at the new questions on the P35 and Income Tax Self Assessment return, which were announced in the Managed Service Companies consultation document in 2006.

PM sets out intentions on agency workers
As he set out the draft legislative programme for the next parliamentary session, Gordon Brown revealed that the Government will continue to pursue an agreement at the European level on agency workers.

"It is not fair that even after months in the job, agency workers can currently be paid less than the staff they work alongside", he said.
