IR35 Implications for Employment Law
PCG Finance Director, Kevin Miller has pulled together a two
page briefing document on the implications that IR35 will have
for employment law. Essentially the same criteria used to deem
an independent contractor as a disguised employee by the Inland
Revenue, will be used by Employment Tribunals to decide issues
surrounding employment rights. The briefing document can be
used by members in discussions with their clients.
