1. PCG legal fund update
This week PCG has sent out a postal mailing to all members.
Members should have received this mail by the time this
email is sent (Thursday 17th January)
NB - - - - - - - - - - - - -
If you do **not** receive your mail in the next few days
please ensure the address details we hold for you are correct
see 3. below. We will be doing further mailings this Spring
in time for P35 forms etc.

To date, reaction to PCGs call for funds to continue
the legal challenge has been marvellous. The fund is still
growing, as we get closer to the deadline date this Sunday
20th January.
This is your chance to have your say and influence PCGs
choice for fighting IR35 legally in the next few years.
So far, many members / associates have contributed with
some very generous in their support. However PCG welcomes
payments of all amounts as we would rather a future based
on input and involvement from as many members as possible.
Now is the time to get involved. Do not leave it to others
to shape the future for your company. If all members were
able to contribute a comparatively small amount, the appeal
would reach the target.
The postal mailing and previous email newsletters have
provided full information on our case law strategy and Appeal
choices. See
