PCG Tour - Associates - Contracts

In the first year, PCG signed up 250 Associate Members and 10,000 contractor members. Our Associates now include CBI and ICA, and the PCG has close links with the IoD and FSB. Lord Weatherill is our patron.

Most Associates have signed up to gain access to the PCG draft contracts, which help contractors, agents and clients reflect the true relationship in their business agreements. PCG has produced three versions of the contract aimed at different contractor workers, as well as a specific Oil and Gas sector contract. Contracts will be amended and improved as and when necessary.

Associates are permitted to download the contracts and distribute a copy to their clients. It is important to note that the PCG contracts are drafts that must be modified to reflect the true relationship.
