Collection of personal details If you contact us by completing a form on this web site, your e-mail address and, optionally, other personal information will be stored. This information will be used to contact you and to help us understand your requirements. Whenever we write to you using your e-mail address, we will give you the option to have your e-mail address permanently removed from the mailing list. PCG undertakes never to sell, rent or share its mailing lists. If you are a PCG member, your details will be held in a dedicated members' list for the purpose of communicating with you by post, telephone or email about your membership, sending you email newsletters and PCG publications such as the quarterly newsletter, and other communications deemed appropriate from time to time. PCG also maintains a database for customer service, marketing and public relations purposes. This includes details of affiliate members and the services that they provide, as well as complementary organisations, potential sponsors and advertisers, unions and politicians. Any other personal information you send us, for whatever purpose, is held in the strictest confidence and will not be disclosed to a third party without your express permission, unless legally required. Correct/Modify/Update If you are a PCG member, you may at any time edit the user details you have supplied to PCG by clicking here. If you are a newsletter subscriber, you may at any time choose to opt out of receiving PCG newsletters. By unsubscribing, you will cancel all online newsletters. Third Parties PCG's web site may contain links to other sites, provided solely as a convenience to you. You are under no obligation to use any of these links, but if you choose to do so, please be aware that third party sites have separate content, privacy and data collection policies. We accept no responsibility or liability for these independent policies. Online surveys You are under no obligation to participate in any online surveys. Anonymity of individual respondents and protection of personal details will be maintained except where otherwise specified in a particular survey, or where the express permission of the respondent has been sought. Where is the information stored Information submitted by you on PCG is stored in the United Kingdom at a dedicated internet hosting site. Information is stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and in accordance with our own strict policy of protecting PCG members' and subscribers' information. Only authorised personnel have access to user information, and are all obliged to respect the confidentiality of that data. Public Forums Public areas of the site, such as information you may submit to the forums may be available to all users. Please remember that any information disclosed in these areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose any information under these circumstances, particularly with respect to personal information, as you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties as a result of this.
